Phase 1
Contract Kick-off
- Record inspection appointment and set reminders
- Send congrats, next steps, and EMD instructions email
- Open file with title company and lender
- Confirm and record earnest money deposit
- Review documents for compliance and address any missing pieces
Phase 2
Transaction Period
- Set up transaction in client/agent portal
- Record and set reminders for appointments
- Prepare and follow up on amendments
- Process file to reZEN
- Follow up, collect, and share repair receipts
- Real-time and weekly updates to agent and clients
- Review and share title commitment
- Generate and send commission letter
Phase 3
Closing Prep
- Setup closing with title company
- Schedule final walkthrough
- Review preliminary settlement statement
- Send utility reminder to client
- Share settlement statement with client
- Send client outline of walkthrough, closing, and possession
Phase 4
Closing Day
- Finalize file with reZEN and close out for payment
Phase 5
Post-Closing
- Send out a follow-up email and review request
- Add birthdates and home anniversary dates to agent CRM
Add-On Service

- Schedule photography
- Input listing data and photos into MLS
- Create MLS remarks
- Setup Broker Bay
