Contract Kick-off
Record inspection appointment & reminders. Send congrats, next steps, and EMD instructions. Open file with title company & lender. Confirm earnest money deposit. Review documents for compliance.
Transaction Period
Set up transaction in client/agent portal. Record & set reminders for appointments. Prepare & follow up on amendments. Process file to reZEN. Follow up on repair receipts. Real-time & weekly updates. Review title commitment. Generate commission letter.
Closing Prep
Setup closing with title company. Schedule final walkthrough. Review preliminary settlement statement. Send utility reminder. Share settlement statement with client. Send walkthrough, closing & possession outline.
Closing Day
Finalize file with reZEN and close out for payment. Confirm all documents are signed and filed. Ensure compliant, audit-ready transaction file.
Post-Closing
Send follow-up email and review request. Add birthdates and home anniversary dates to your CRM. Keep your client relationships warm long after the deal closes.
Listing Support

Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Contracts executed on Saturday or Sunday will kick off the following Monday morning. Please consider extending the EMD deadline for weekend contracts.
